I am reviewing a copy of For Better and Worse through Harlequin-Mira and Netgalley:
Natalie and Will Clarke bonded over drinks, dinner and if they would be able to get away with murder or not back on their first date when they were in Law School. Now that they are married they are going to end up putting this to the test when a hidden danger in the community puts their son in danger. Natalie who works as a Criminal Defense Attorney refuses to rely on a broken legal system to keep her family safe. Natalie knows that if you want justice you need to go after it yourself.
Will is shocked to discover his wife has taken matters into her own hands and now realizes he must dirty his own hands. He knows that his family is in way to deep to back down. What he is unsure of is if he reco the woman he married. She has always been extremely protective but not ruthless and calculating like she is now.
What is going to fall apart first their plan, or their marriage?
I give For Better or Worse four out of five stars!
