Detective Brady St. John neeeds a relaxing vacation. But as the sun is setting on his second day at a friends Cabin on Lake Henley he hears a woman screaming and races to rescue her from her would be murderer. After the killer escapes only to return to finish the job Brady vows that he will protect the woman from her would be killer.
Emily Chastain is a financial crime investigator who doesn’t trust many people. She let the detective who saved her life on a few relevant facts about why she was being attacked she knows there are some things you do not share with a stranger. What she can’t know is the secret she is hiding may end up getting them both killed.
